Updates from Amy!

Hello Reader!

You may or maybe have not noticed, but my emails have gotten a little... sparce and it looks like the podcast might on a hiatus. Folks who are in the Roots Change FB group or follow me on Insta may have heard that there are some exciting changes taking place in my business. Changes that may or may not excite you too.

Basically, I've learned while planning & prepping for my own wedding, that there's a lot of brides that would benefit from my particular style of coaching. It took my brain a bit to get on board, but starting this July, I am ALL IN on this.

But a lot isn't changing.

If you follow along on social, subscribe to the podcast or enjoy seeing little love notes in your in box from me, don't feel like you shouldn't stick around. In fact I hope you do.

The topics might be a little "bride speak" but what I cover are things we experience in our life and can be easily applied to yours.

For example, I was recently invited to join my mother in law at her church and I said no. I let her down. She gave me every reason to feel like I "should" just say yes. I could see it mattered in her eyes and yet, I stood my ground and didn't feel bad about it.

Some bride to Be's could have said, "sure I will, what time" while their insides screamed NO. Do you know what happens after you do that a time or two? You become a people pleaser. It feels normal to sacrifice what you want to please other people and frankly, it's time to let that ship sail.

So... that's the direction my coaching business is going and I'd be deeply appreciative if you could send well wishes and positive vibes my way. I also want you to know that if you unsubscribe to this email, I totally get it. This is your "feel free to opt out" message but honey bear, you can opt out of this OR ANYTHING that no longer serves you at any time.

Don't you ever forget that.
